Double poles for Sriskandarajah, Alok & Umesh Babu in the premier classes.
Vishwanath, Sarosh, Sameer & Vinoth share honors in other classes
Veteran bike racer Sriskandarajah of Team ANYA from Bangalore was once again in full cry as he dominated the qualifying sessions of the 5th round of the Ucal Rolon National Racing Championship which got underway today at the Madras Motor Race Track in Irrungattukottai near Chennai today. Also clinching double poles were Alok Sashidhar and K.Umesh Babu.
Former champion of champions T.K.Vishwanath from Team ANYA also had a pole to his credit in the Group B 4 stroke 165 cc class. Alok took pole positions for the races in the Group A 1000 cc and the Group D 4 stroke 130 cc Novice classes while Umesh Babu did for the races in the Group C 2 stroke 165 cc and moped categories. In the Group A 600 cc class it was Sarosh who took the pole. V. Sameer and S.Vinoth will start in pole in Group D 4 Stroke Intermediate and Group D 2 stroke 165 cc categories respectively.

The main races on Sunday, 2nd November from 9.30 am onwards will also feature for the last time this season the 600cc & 1000cc foreign bikes for the final time this season.
