Final round of Summer Special races for bikes.

Madras Motor Sports Club will be conducting the final round of Summer Special Races for Newcomers this weekend in the two wheeler category.

This is part of MMSC’s continuous exercise to encourage motor sports and unearth fresh talent. These races will be held at the Madras Motor Race Track at Irrungattukottai, near Chennai.

The event is scheduled for this weekend – 22nd and 23rd June 2008

The bike races will be held for the following categories –

1. Group B upto 130 cc 4 stroke class
   
2. Group B 131 to 165 cc 4 stroke class
   
3. 160 cc 2 stroke class
4. TVS Race a bike scheme races for Apache Group A, B and C will also be held on the above date.

Those who have won / come first in any race or placed first, second or third in the Championship, of any class or group of bikes, WILL NOT be permitted to take part.

Decision of the MMSC on who is permitted and who is not, since he/she is a regular racer, is final, apart from what is stated above.
