The Rider Mania '08, the conclave of the bulleteers / Royal Enfield bikes community is all set to happen at Ramoji Film City in the outskirts of Hyderabad on 18th and 19th January, 2008. This year the Wanderers from Hyderabad are hosting the show. All of you are invited to join the group and participate in the festivities.

A few of us from RTMC had done this exact same thing in 2006 where we rode into Hyderabad and spent a good deal of time in the city and at Ramoji Rao Film City. You can read and see snaps from around Hyderabad and the place where Rider Mania is going to be held by clicking here.

Events:

Wanderers say that the events this year will be biking events, non-biking events, test of your mechanical skills amongst others. As always there will be the classic bikes, best modified bikes on the show. Riders from the North East and Jodhpur are also expected in addition to the regular groups.

Of the two nights at Hyderabad, a gala night is planned by Royal Enfield on 18th Jan 2008 and Wanderers' night is on 19th Jan 2008.

Costs:

The cost per person will be Rs. 1800/- for two night's stay and all meals.

Accommodation:

12 independent beds per room with locker facility. Bring your own lock & key for the lockers!
If you are a rider rolling in on 17 th Jan, Wanderers will arrange accommodation and dinner at a nominal cost of Rs 200/- per person. In case some of you are landing up there with your families in tow and would like separate accomodation, let them know in advance so that they can help you out with separate accommodation. This will be ofcourse at an additional cost.

For the numbers perspective if the clubs can send in approximate numbers at an early date that will be very helpful.
